I've been an IT Professional for over a decade, with experience in both the private and public sectors. Combined with fifteen years of retail technician and project management work, I have seen the many ways that things can go right and wrong with a project or team. Learning from these failures and successes, combined with constant furthering of my education, has led me to be the successful IT Professional that I am today. The key is to never stop learning.
